Features:

One of the main components of the tubular skylight is the roof base flashing. Ours is made of 1100 series aluminum .080" thick, a seamless one-piece design to eliminate any potential water leaks. Its base is 4 inches wide all around to seal securely onto the roof, made up to 10 inches tall to meet water, snow and fire codes. Heat and moisture releasing grooves at the top of the flashing form a patent-pending system to prevent condensation.

The dome is vacuum-formed, made of 100% high impact UV stablilized acrylic and mounted with a stress-equalizing aluminum ring.

The tube is anodised aluminium 96% reflective, top quality.

The ceiling rings are also made of 1100 series aluminium. A trim ring is mounted to the ceiling; then the powder-coated decorative ring that holds the clear or white acrylic diffuser twists onto the trim ring.

For tile roofs we supply an aluminum skirt. The skirt is glued to an EPDM shroud that fits over the base flashing. It will make the installation water-tight and the aluminium can be contoured to the tiles.

Additional 2 ft. extensions are available if you require a longer light tube.
